Our group coaching programme, ‘You, we and ADHD’ means you don't have to take the ADHD journey alone.

If you've been recently diagnosed or are starting out on the journey, then we're here for you. Actually, we've put together a special group coaching programme with just you in mind! It's all about helping you to feel empowered and better understand your ADHD, feel supported and find a sense of community.

You'll be on the journey alongside other 'like-minded' individuals.

Over the course of 8 weeks, we'll cover a range of topics, including coming to terms with a diagnosis; self-directed strategies; and next steps. Our qualified team will also share their own ADHD stories, insights on ADHD in family life and at work, and more. Sessions will run for 90 minutes once a week.

At Beehyve, our approach to counselling is to help you with the way you feel about yourself and your future. For example, you may be looking for better ways to deal with current stressors. Or, you may want to learn how to stop past experiences from limiting the way you look at what’s ahead.

Counselling is not about giving advice or offering opinions. We're here to empower you. We'll help you develop a personalised set of resources and strategies so you can make positive change and flourish.

Our counsellors are fully qualified, registered and practised in a range of methodologies.

We offer individual and relationship counselling services.

At Beehyve, you can find support for your journey in parenting with ADHD.

The aim of our parent coaching is to give you tools and strategies so you can enjoy a fulfilling family life. We’re here as an ally with encouragement and support for the reality of ADHD.

Parent coaching gives you a personalised toolkit to help with things such as:

• planning and time management
• providing structure
• communicating to ease conflict
• looking after yourself so you can enjoy parenting.

Nutrition is at the heart of health. At Beehyve, our Nutritionist services guide you towards better health by helping you understand how you can best nurture yourself.

Beehyve's doctors are 'GPSIs - General Practitioners with Special Interest. This special interest is providing ADHD-specific support to complement the care of your usual doctor.

Our GPSIs help ensure your ADHD support or ADHD medication is tailored for you. Think of them as expert problem solvers with a holistic approach to your ADHD care.

Our GPs are unable to diagnose ADHD or prescribe ADHD medications if you are without an official Medical Authority from a psychiatrist. Nor will our GPs prescribe sedatives or initiate a prescription for stimulants themselves. However, to help with your journey, they can make referrals.

Your health insurance provider may contribute to the cost of your visit. This depends on your policy.

You'll need to keep seeing your regular doctor for all your other medical needs.

Naturopathy aims to empower you with the knowledge and tools to take responsibility for your health. It investigates and addresses underlying causes rather than only symptoms.

A Sensory Assessment helps you understand your sensory preferences and manage them so you can be at your best. Our sensory systems are important for taking in information to our brain from our daily life and deciding what to do with it. These systems are an essential part of how we respond to our environment and the world.

With a Sensory Assessment, you'll gain an understanding of how you avoid or seek sensory stimulation. We'll create a sensory profile and look at your sensory processing so you can optimise your routine and environment to meet your needs. Finding your balance will help you manage everyday sensory inputs and stay engaged so you can achieve your goals more easily.

PRICE $ 275. Enquire before April 2024 to book an appointment, and your rate will be $225.

ADHD assessment can make your journey to diagnosis much easier. At Beehyve, our specialist can take you through a Diagnostic Interview for ADHD in Adults, known as DIVA-5.

The assessment package includes a summary letter that you can take to a psychiatrist if you’d like to seek a formal diagnosis. An Assessment summary letter will often reduce the steps in diagnosis with a psychiatrist. However, a formal diagnosis is not needed to pursue non-medication-based therapy for ADHD.
