Meet Dr Ruth
Dr Ruth is a GP with a Special Interest, bringing nearly a decade of experience in ADHD and medication management. She has worked with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic ADHD and Autism support and is excited to be part of an organisation where this approach is at the core.
When working with clients living with ADHD, Ruth is attentive to the broader picture and can consider associated conditions such as autism, eating disorders, and related physical health issues including EDS, POTS, migraine, FND, and fatigue. While these areas are not the primary focus of her practice at Beehyve, Ruth’s experience and commitment to inclusive and comprehensive care, means she can support clients navigating these co-occurring conditions as part of her holistic approach to ADHD and neurodiversity.
Ruth’s passion for ADHD care is both professional and personal, shaped by her work with patients and insights gained from family members living with ADHD. She takes a collaborative ‘pills and skills’ approach, helping individuals build awareness of their strengths and challenges, and offering practical strategies that combine medication, therapies, and problem-solving.
At Beehyve, Dr Ruth provides ADHD-specific support and enjoys working with a diverse range of people. She has extensive experience with co-existing neurodiversity and associated physical health conditions, and is dedicated to helping people thrive in education, work, and life by working as a team with each individual on their journey.
