Meet Natalie
Natalie is a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience supporting people with ADHD, Autism, neurodiversity, trauma and complex mental health. Her work spans assessment, therapeutic intervention, and crisis support, giving her a broad and well‑rounded understanding of how psychological difficulties show up across different contexts and over time.
Natalie has particular expertise in ADHD and autism assessment and works thoughtfully with people seeking clarity, understanding, and a stronger sense of self. She also provides ongoing therapy for those wanting support beyond assessment, including for trauma and complex trauma, emotional regulation, periods of heightened distress, and experiences where safety, stability, and coping can feel under strain. Her work is grounded, thoughtful, and responsive to the complexity that often accompanies neurodivergent and trauma‑related experiences.
Natalie’s therapeutic approach centres on building a collaborative, respectful working relationship and developing a shared understanding of what is most helpful for each person. She integrates a range of evidence‑based psychological approaches in a flexible and thoughtful way, tailoring her work to how individuals think, feel, and process their experiences. Rather than relying on a single framework, Natalie focuses on therapy that feels grounded, practical, and responsive, supporting insight, emotional regulation, and sustainable change over time
People who work with Natalie often value her compassion, depth of understanding, and ability to hold complexity without judgement. She is especially well suited to those looking for a psychologist who can combine careful assessment with meaningful, ongoing therapeutic support, and who sees understanding yourself as a powerful foundation for change.
Outside of her clinical work, Natalie enjoys theatre and musical theatre, time at the beach with friends, and quiet creative activities like cross‑stitch and reading. She is also kept busy by her much‑loved rescue dog.
