We have developed the “ADHD in the Workplace” series of workshops to upskill your team with the fundamentals of working with ADHD and neurodiversity. These workshops start with the very basics.

Coaching
Our coaching services are all about empowering your team members to achieve their goals. A coach can help someone overcome issues and make the most of their unique abilities and strengths.
Our coaches have a lens of ADHD and neurodiversity, so they can help leaders support themselves and their teams, whether they have ADHD or not.
Coaching for leaders: We help leaders identify their strengths, get in the right mindset for change, and create strategies to achieve their goals.
One-to-one employee coaching: A coach works with individual team members to identify issues unique to them and develop strategies that maximize their strengths.
Group coaching: We offer group coaching programmes that can be tailored and delivered to your team members and their needs.
Internal neurodiversity groups: We can help you develop and facilitate a neurodivergent special interest group (SIG) within your organisation, providing a safe space for your team to connect and share.
Counselling
Our EAP counselling services are designed to support your team members through stressors and difficult periods in their lives. We provide a space for them to flourish, with counsellors who are focused on Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help them find solutions quickly.
ADHD assessment, prescriptions & clinical services
Our assessments are conducted by qualified specialists who ask questions to help clients understand more about themselves. Clients may gain insights and receive professional reports, personalised recommendations and support for their journey.

Beehyve psychiatrists have a deep understanding of ADHD. Based in Aotearoa New Zealand, they have worked internationally in demanding roles, have been involved in research, and speak publicly at international conferences on ADHD and co-morbid disorders.

Beehyve's doctors are general practitioners with special interest (GPSIs). This special interest is providing ADHD-specific support to complement the care of a client's usual doctor. Our GPSIs ensure clients ADHD is supported and ADHD medication is tailored to the specific client. They focus not only on pills, but also skills for managing ADHD.
Conflict resolution
We help resolve workplace conflicts involving neurodivergent staff by facilitating understanding, communication, and inclusive problem-solving. Our trained practitioners can equip your teams with tools to manage differences constructively and build stronger collaboration.
HR diversity policy and consultation

Everyone in Beehyve is an ADHD and neurodiversity generalist, passionate about supporting this community. Each has their own areas of focus and expertise.
Beehyve is a telehealth provider based in Aotearoa New Zealand, and our coaching and counselling services are 100% online. We have a range of hours and availability for each of our practitioners.
Beehyve’s practitioner team is police-checked and required to hold professional liability insurance. Each team member must be registered with a New Zealand professional body for ethics oversight. Furthermore, Beehyve provides supervision and ongoing professional development for team members.
