Meet Alana
Alana understands that healing from trauma and navigating neurodiversity can be complex - and deeply personal. She specialises in supporting those living with ADHD and neurodiversity to better understand their experiences and connect more deeply with their strengths and sense of self.
Alana understands that trauma can heighten the challenges often experienced with ADHD - like focus, memory and emotional regulation. With this insight, she tailors her approach to meet each person where they are, offering thoughtful, individualised support that honours their unique experience.
Shame often plays a quiet but powerful role in both trauma and neurodiverse experiences. Alana creates a safe non-judgmental environment where clients can begin to move beyond shame, reconnect with their strengths, and build a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
Drawing on the Conversational Model of Psychotherapy and somatic approaches, Alana supports clients in finding clarity, emotional balance, and a deeper sense of self. She is committed to ongoing professional development and is currently undertaking advanced training with ANZAP. Alana believes that real change comes from within—and that everyone has the capacity to grow, heal, and thrive.
