Meet Hayley
Hayley supports people who want to better understand themselves, shift unhelpful patterns, and build lives that feel more authentic and balanced. Drawn to Beehyve’s focus on neurodiversity, she understands that therapy can miss the mark when neurodivergent experiences are not well understood. Her work draws on a range of counselling approaches, tailored to what feels practical and meaningful for each person.
Many people come to therapy feeling worn down by constant expectations and questioning why life seems harder for them than for others. They may experience anxiety, avoidance, relationship difficulties, or self‑criticism. Some may also experience unexplained pain, fatigue, or nausea, where stress and nervous system sensitivity may play a role.
Hayley works with a broad range of people, including LGBTQIA+, people living with chronic pain, and those who have spent much of their lives feeling misunderstood or “too much”.
Her work focuses on helping people make sense of their experiences and find ways of living that feel less overwhelming and more aligned with who they are. This includes exploring patterns in how they relate to themselves and others, alongside developing practical tools for everyday challenges such as procrastination, anxiety, and relationships. She also brings an interest in how social and cultural factors shape people’s experiences and outcomes.
Diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, Hayley brings a personal understanding of feeling different and its impact on identity and self‑worth.
