Meet Catherine
Catherine brings a calm and accepting presence to her counselling work, creating a space where clients feel fully heard and understood. She is known for her finely tuned listening skills and her ability to help people explore different perspectives when they feel stuck. Her approach is values-driven and draws on Narrative Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, supporting clients to uncover what truly motivates them and make choices that lead to meaningful, lasting change.
With a late diagnosis of inattentive ADHD, Catherine offers a lived understanding of neurodivergent experiences. She works especially well with those who prefer a slower, reflective pace and with individuals committed to healing old wounds and reclaiming their strength through insight and self-awareness.
Catherine is passionate about supporting those navigating complex family dynamics, as well as clients managing ADHD, AuDHD, autism, CPTSD, and rejection sensitivity. She also works with people adjusting to life after a late diagnosis, processing ADHD-related childhood trauma, or facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship misunderstandings, including women seeking support in these areas.
Catherine provides a safe space for those feeling isolated or overwhelmed by masking, and for anyone seeking clarity during life transitions, menopause, or periods of self-discovery.
When you meet with Catherine, you can expect to find a supportive environment in which you can explore, grow, and heal at your own pace.
