Erica is Beehyve's Governance Lead, supporting the systems, planning and people that help the organisation run well. She has a knack for bringing together different perspectives, finding practical solutions and turning big ideas into a clear, achievable pathway.
Known for her calm leadership and facilitation skills, Erica creates a work environment where people feel heard, valued and able to contribute. Team members enjoy working with her because she brings clarity to complexity, keeps things moving forward and helps build shared understanding across different parts of the organisation.
Her background spans governance, strategy, business development, leadership, community engagement and organisational culture. She is passionate about helping organisations create positive change for both people and the planet. Her work history includes climate & sustainability initiatives, social enterprises and community-focused organisations, alongside a long-standing interest in wellbeing, inclusion and belonging.
At Beehyve, Erica is passionate about improving access to support for neurodivergent individuals.
