Meet Abigail

With lived experience of neurodiversity including dyslexia and dyspraxia, Abigail offers a grounded and empathetic perspective. Their counselling style centres on creating safe, non-judgemental spaces where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and relationships openly.

Abigail’s interests include neurodiversity—particularly supporting individuals with ADHD and Autism. They also bring thoughtful insight into identity, belief systems, and the unique challenges faced by queer and questioning individuals, as well as those navigating broader life transitions and personal struggles.

“I’ve seen how transformative it can be to pause and reflect on our journey,” Abigail shares. “Counselling isn’t just about solving problems—it’s about sharing stories, building connection, and finding strength in our experiences.”

Abigail’s approach is relational and inclusive, recognising how cultural and systemic factors shape health. They also draw on somatic work, which explores how life experiences can affect both emotional and physical wellbeing. Abigail offers a thoughtful space to explore the complex ways identity and belief can intersect, especially when those experiences feel difficult to untangle.

Creativity, curiosity, and a love of learning are central to Abigail’s life and practice. With Abigail, you’ll find a respectful, collaborative environment—and likely some fun and fascinating conversations along the way.
