BEEHYVE SERVICESADULT ADHD COACHING PROGRAMMEADHD and Women
Curious about how ADHD shows up for you as a woman? You’re not alone, and you don’t need to navigate this by yourself.
Our ADHD in Women Group Programme offers a warm, supportive space to explore how ADHD impacts you. Rather than just learning information, we’ll help you understand from puberty to perimenopause, the why behind your emotional shifts, coping patterns, and day-to-day reactions, including masking, people‑pleasing, perfectionism, and the impact of stress and triggers.
A big part of the value comes from the sense of connection and validation. Many women find it grounding to recognise their own experiences in others’ stories, to feel understood rather than judged, and to realise they’re not alone in the patterns they’ve carried since childhood.
Sessions take place every second Tuesday evening for two hours.
The Group is ideal if you:
- Have ADHD, or suspect you might
- Notice your medication feels inconsistent throughout your cycle
- Experience “good weeks” and “crash weeks” without knowing why
- Have been dismissed as “too emotional”
- Want clarity on the link between hormones, identity and ADHD
Next course starts March 10

ADULT ADHD COACHING PROGRAMMEYou don't have to take the ADHD journey alone.
Feel supported and find a sense of community with our group coaching programme, ‘Intro to ADHD’
If you've been recently diagnosed or are starting out on the journey, then we're here for you. Actually, we put together this special 6 week programme with just you in mind! We’re creating a non-judgemental space where you can feel supported to explore and grow. It's all about helping you to better understand your ADHD, and feel empowered on your journey, while connecting with ‘like-minded’ individuals who get you.
Over the course of 6 weeks, we'll cover a range of topics, including coming to terms with a diagnosis; self-directed strategies; and next steps. Our qualified team will also share their own ADHD stories, insights on ADHD in family life and at work, and more.
Sessions will run for 90 minutes once a week for 6 weeks.
Our group programme will help you to:
- identify your strengths
- get in the right mindset for change
- create bespoke strategies to identify and achieve your goals
- become an expert in your own behaviour.
