Support starts now: no diagnosis required

At Beehyve, you don’t need an official diagnosis for us to start supporting you.
Your struggles are real and valid, regardless of a formal label. Whether it’s time blindness, task paralysis, intense emotions or anything really, you deserve help.

If you’re self-diagnosed or stuck on a waiting list that feels like the length of Aotearoa, we get it. Your journey shouldn’t have to wait for a piece of paper.

Let’s stop waiting for the system and start focusing on you.

The diagnosis dilemma

You don't need a specialist to confirm that life feels hard. You just need a team that knows how to help you make it easier.

The current system for getting a formal ADHD diagnosis is expensive, requires specialist access and often involves long, painful waiting periods. And even though GP’s will be able to diagnose from Feb 1, not all will, it will still cost money, and the wait times will continue. But your challenges don't pause while you wait for an appointment.

We believe your lived experience is important. If life feels difficult, you already have every reason to seek support.

You are the expert of your own life

We focus on what works for your unique wiring, regardless of the name you give it. A diagnosis is just a map. You are already living the experience of a brain that might move fast and feels deeply. You don't need to see a cartographer to know when you’re standing in a swamp of overwhelm.

Instead of waiting for a label, we focus on the real-world friction points: How do we get you through the workday without a meltdown? How do we quiet the internal noise so you can actually rest?

Strategies like body doubling don’t require a doctor’s signature to be life-changing. We bypass the bureaucracy to get you the support that actually works for you.

What we offer

Coaching: Our coaches specialise in building personalised systems. We focus on the practical translation of ADHD knowledge into daily habits. Whether it’s career growth, study habits, or just getting the laundry done, we provide the partnership you need to find your flow.

Counselling: It’s hard to thrive in a world that wasn't built for your brain. ADHD is so much more than a struggle with focus; it’s about the heavy emotional cost of carrying that struggle every day. We offer therapeutic support for the anxiety, depression, and burnout that often come with a unique life.
