Meet Annie

Annie is an ICF executive and ADHD coach. She is proudly ADHD and the parent of an ADHD teen. Her late diagnosis at 49 was life changing; she’d found the missing link after years of ‘underachieving’.

Annie’s clients tend to have a later in life diagnosis. They’re often outwardly successful people without noticeable signs of ADHD. However, their lifelong coping mechanisms can break down as the demands of professional and personal responsibilities grow. Stress intensifies their symptoms.

Annie’s focus is on helping her clients avoid and manage burnout, learn new skills for responding and communicating, and achieve professional success.

Annie has been coaching for over 8 years. She’s a certified CliftonStrengths™ coach, an Emotional Culture Deck™ practitioner, and is a member of ADDA, ACO, and the International Coaching Federation.
