Meet Rosie

Rosie is a registered occupational therapist with a Bachelor of Health Studies in Occupational Therapy and post-graduate qualifications in Pain Management and Mental Health and Addictions, both achieved without realising she had ADHD. She says her diagnosis changed her life.

Rosie is on a mission to help adults with ADHD (or who think they may have ADHD), complete ADHD assessments using the DIVA process. She also completes sensory assessments followed up with recommendations.

As an Occupational Therapist, Rosie’s practice is focused on helping people be able to do the things in life that are important to them, personal, productive and for leisure. She considers enablers and barriers across the physical, emotional, social and spiritual dimensions.

She says, ‘For me, it’s not about learning strategies to fit into a neurotypical world but in finding ways for me to enhance the great aspects of ADHD (and there are some - believe me!) to live the life I want to live.”
